Scholar Tutorials College Admissions Programs (S-CAP) are in the nature of guidelines for students and their parents/guardians to help them in applying to the colleges.
The
student will be responsible
for proof reading, checking for any errors and applying to the colleges in a timely manner. The student and their parents/guardians are responsible for meeting
ALL
the relevant deadlines related to the college application process.
Scholar Tutorials will not be responsible for any delays in applying and/or rejections by the colleges.
The student and their parents/guardians will be responsible for post-application follow-up and other requirements as applicable.
If a student/parent is likely to be absent for a particular session, we must receive a call informing us about the absence. You may attend a make-up session upon mutual agreement. Scholar Tutorials is not responsible for holding a make-up session and/or for any delays caused on account of such absence. There will be NO DEDUCTIONS/ADJUSTMENTS in the billing amount for the month if the student/parent is absent.
The total amount due is payable at the time of enrollment.
